We Buy Houses of Chicago is looking for a Chicago based, result-driven real estate broker with natural people skills to help service our growing home seller base. We are looking for an independent self-starter, capable of handling our wholesale deals from start to finish. We will provide new seller and buyer leads daily, your job is to turn these leads into profitable wholesale deals. You do not need prior wholesaling experience - we'll provide detailed training and share our investing technique and philosophy.

Our Ideal Candidate

​

1. Is an active Illinois real estate broker

2. MUST HAVE EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE SKILL 

3. Has dependable transportation and a computer, printer, scanner, smartphone

4. Is open minded and willing to learn and adapt

5. Is technology oriented – savvy 

6. Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written)

7. Is able to devote time daily for lead calling, follow up and in home meetings.

Duties Include

​

1. Pre-qualify leads over the phone and meet with sellers

2. Complete a property survey and take photos

3. Sign up purchase agreements and record documents with the county

4. Research and provide basic due diligence documents / information

5. Market the property, meet with potential buyers, and attend closings

6. Work is all over cook county (manily south and west)

Duties DO NOT Include

​

1. Providing your personal funds for the deal

2. Using your personal credit / SSN

3. Assuming any risk or liability

4. Paying anything for training / joining

5. Selling / soliciting / cold calling

 

• All transactions are conducted under the company's name and legal supervision
